Fond Memories

I won't, unfortunately, be able to make it to the ceremonies but the reference to dodgy driving in the newspaper piece brings back the infamous incident in late 1981 (long before the invention of mobile phones) when he, my broken leg and I drove off merrily into town leaving Treas on the footpath. And it only took us half an hour to notice she had been abandoned at base.

Lovely man - I have very fond memories of him as well as our first-ever football manager and I'm sure he'll be badly missed. My condolences to you all.

Liam O'Sullivan
