O'DONOVAN (Drumcondra, Dublin and Skibbereen, Co. Cork) - April 2, 2008 peacefully, following a long illness and in the loving and wonderful care of the Mater Hospital staff, Jerimiah Peter (Jerry) (ex, Garda), husband of the late Mary deeply regretted by his loving daughters Maureen and Áine, son Dermot, sons-in-law Jan and Eugene, daughter-in-law Carmel, grandchildren James, Mark, Rachel, Áine and Tomás, brother John (New York), sisters-in-law Sheila and Mary (New York), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Remains to arrive at St Vincent de Paul Church, Marino, on Friday morning for 9.15 a.m. prayer service. Funeral afterwards to St Mary's Church, Dingle to arrive at 5.30 p.m. Funeral Saturday after 12 Noon Requiem Mass to St Brendan's Cemetery, Dingle."At rest now".
