McWEENEY (Deirdre) (Christina) (née O'Connor) (of Ballygaddy Road, Tuam, Co. Galway) (Died June 12, 2007) - The family of Deirdre McWeeney wish to thank all those who sympathised with them during their recent bereavement, those who attended the funeral, called to our home, helped with traffic management, and supported us in many other ways. They would also like to thank all those who sympathised with them from at home and abroad, by telemessage, e-mail, Mass card and by letter. In particular we would like to thank Fr. Charlie McDonnell for offering Deirdre's requiem Mass. We would also like to thank the anonymous taxi driver who returned people from the cemetery to our home on the day of the burial. It would be impossible to thank everybody individually so we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all of your intentions."Think where man's glory begins and ends and say my glory was I had such friends".
