SMITH Mary Catherine (née Philbin) (Lispopple, Swords, Co. Dublin) - On this Catherine's first anniversary, her husband Alec, son Nicky, daughters Trisha and Helen, her father Joe Philbin, sisters Pat, Helen, Anne and Bernie wish to extend our warmest gratitude to all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss. Our heartfelt thanks to all who attended the removal Service and funeral Mass, all who sent cards and letters, those who travelled long distances to be with us and all those both family and friends who supported us during Catherine's illness and her passing. A special word of thanks to Professor Des Carney and the staff of the Day Oncology Unit in the Mater Private Hospital for their dedication and care of Catherine over many years.
