McDERMOTTROE (Rosses Point, Co. Sligo and formerly of Cairns Hill, Sligo) - April 15, 2005 (peacefully) in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Rehab Unit, St John's Hospital Sligo, Edward A. (Eddie), beloved husband of the late Nora (née Higgins) and dear father of Maria, Martin, Edward and Conor; sadly missed by his loving sons, daughter, son-in-law John (Costigan), grand- children, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends. Rest in peace. Removal from the Foley Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 10.30 o'clock to St Columba's Church, Rosses Point for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o'clock Funeral to Sligo Cemetery afterwards. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to the Patients' Comfort Fund, St John's Hospital, Sligo. House private please.
