O'REILLY, Teresa (Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14) - On the occasion of her first anniversary the family of the late Teresa O'Reilly wish to express their sincere gratitude to all those who supported and sympathised with them. A special word of thanks to the wonderful staff of the Goatstown Medical Centre, Blackrock Clinic, St John of Gods, St Vincent's, family, neighbours, friends and colleagues. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.
