AHERNE (née McGowan) Margaret (Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 who died on August 9, 2011) - On this, Margaret's First Anniversary, her husband Brendan and the Aherne and McGowan families wish to thank all who sympathised with them on their sad loss. We wish to thank all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and the burial in St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow and in particular those who travelled long distances to pay their respects to Margaret. We wish to thank those who sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy. We also appreciate the support received from neighbours, relatives and friends. We wish to thank Fr. Martin Noone who celebrated her Requiem Mass, Fr. Micheál Leader who officiated at the Cemetery and Larry Massey Funeral Directors for their professional services. Finally, we wish to thank the medical staff who cared for Margaret during her illness.
