JACKSON (Matthew) (Dundrum and Rathgar) (Died September 16, 2005) - On this his first anniversary, Matthew's wife Elaine, his parents Derek and Carmel, his brother Paul, sister Laura, sister-in-law Marie, nephew Brian and the Marsden family wish to express their deep appreciation to all the relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues who offered sympathy and support throughout a very difficult time. Thank you to all who attended Matthew's removal and funeral, especially those who travelled long distances to do so. Many thanks to Fr Paul Lavelle and Fr Pat Murphy who officiated at the funeral Mass, and to Laurence Forrest who sang so beautifully. We are very grateful to the countless people who sent cards, Mass Cards, flowers and letters, who telephoned and called and otherwise offered expressions of condolence and support. A very special thanks to all those who shared their memories and stories of Matthew over the past year and somehow made us smile. Matthew had a huge enthusiasm for life and was much loved by those who knew him and now miss him dearly. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere gratitude.
