SHERIDAN (Dublin and late of Dept. of Social Welfare) - July 26, 2010, Vincent James, in his 102nd year, peacefully, in the exemplary care of all the staff in St. Mary's, Phoenix Park and in the presence of his loving family. Dearly beloved husband of the late Carmel Monica (née O'Donoghue). Deeply mourned and very sadly missed by his beloved son Peter, daughters Bernadette, Carmel, Fionnuala, Jacinta and Clare, daughter-in-law Collette, sons-in-law Larry and Paul, grandchildren Keith and Bernie, Laura, Nicola and George, Graham, Gillian, Rachel, Dermot, and Vincent, great- grandson Cian, sister-in-law Gertie Dixon, cousin Diarmuid Sheridan, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Requiem Mass today (Thursday) at 11 o'c, in St. Joseph's Church. Berkley Road followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. The family wish to extend sincere gratitude to the nurses, care assistants, catering and activity staff of Ailbhe, St. Mary's for the great care and attention given to Vincent during the past two years.
