GAFFNEY (Killeshandra) - April 10, 2007 (peacefully), at Cavan General Hospital, Matty (Martin John), beloved husband of the late Nancy, much loved father of Martin, Carmel, Marguerite and Roisin; very deeply regretted by his loving family, brother Canon Liam Gaffney, son-in-law Ken, daughter-in- law Margaret, grandchildren Eleanor, Fiona and Matthew, nieces, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at his home this (Wednesday) evening until removal tomorrow (Thursday) evening at 6.30 o'clock to arrive at St Brigid's Church, Killeshandra at 7 o'clock Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 o'clock followed by burial in adjoining cemetery."Here we are for where we're going".
