DIFFLEY (née Corcoran) (Maureen) (Bridge Street, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon) - May 25, 2009 (peacefully), after a long illness borne with great dignity, in the excellent care of all the staff at the Shannon Lodge Nursing Home, Rooskey, surrounded by her family, loving wife of Michael and dearly loved mother of the late Kathryn Doherty, Maureen, Frances, Clare (Dornan) and Paddy; will be sadly missed by her sorrowing husband and family, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, her twelve grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at McHugh's Funeral Home, Strokestown today (Tuesday) from 6 o'clock, followed by removal at 8 o'clock to the Parish Church. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11 o'clock Burial afterwards at the local cemetery.
