COOKE, Grace (née Pullin) (Goatstown, Dublin) - Died 3rd June 2008 - On this day which would have been Grace's 85th birthday, her husband George, and children George, Evelyn and Jackie would like to express their heart felt gratitude to all those who sympathised with us and displayed great kindness to our family. We thank all those who attended the funeral, sent cards, letters and messages of comfort at the time of Grace's passing. We would again like to express our thanks to Canon Des Sinnamon and Rev. Niall Sloane for their wonderful pastoral support and also to the staff in Cowper Care. A special thank you to all those who donated so generously to the Alzheimer's Society of Ireland. It is impossible to thank all of you individually so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.Always loved and remembered
