LEHANE Patricia, Dun Mhuire, Wilton Avenue, Wilton, Cork, died December 7, 2009 - On the occasion of Patricia's first anniversary Patricia's sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers and sisters wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us on our sad loss. Thanks to all those who attended the removal, Mass and burial and those who sent Mass cards, flowers and letters of sympathy. Thanks to the staff of St Patrick's Hospital Marymount Hospice who took great care of Patricia. Thanks to Fr Breathnach and Fr Holland who celebrated Mass for Patricia. Thanks to O'Connors Undertakers, Wilton. We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
