SINGLETON (Houston Texas, formerly of Raheny Dublin) - June 1st 2008. (peacefully) on Sunday after a courageous battle with cancer with her family by her side. Helen (44), beloved daughter of the late Patrick and Abina, beloved wife of Doug McConnell and loving mother of Cian, sadly missed by her loving extended family and friends. Funeral Service took place yesterday - Thursday, June 5th in Houston, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to MD Anderson Cancer Centre, Glioblastoma Cancer Research, PO box 4456, Houston, Tx 77210, USA. Memorial service will take place in Ireland at a later date.
