JOHNSTON, James (Jimmy) (First Anniversary, July 28, 2009) - We did not know that morning
What sorrow the day would bring
When your heart of gold stopped beating
We could not do a thing,
You never said goodbye to us
Perhaps that's just as well
For how could we have said goodbye
To the one we loved so well.
When you lose someone special the hurt is hard to hide
but when you lose your husband and father the hurt goes deep inside.
In the silence of our minds
where no one else can see your smile,
your voice, your memory, is kept so tenderly for as long as we live
We will always be glad
For a wonderful husband and father
We were lucky to have had.
- Deeply missed and treasured by your loving wife, sons, daughters, sisters, brother grandchildren and all the family.
JOHNSTON James (Fourth Anniversary) -We did not see you close your eyes.
We did not see you die.
All we knew is that you were gone.
Without the last goodbye.
It was a sudden parting.
Too bitter to forget.
Only those who loved you.
Are the ones who will never forget.
Sadly missed by wife Pauline, sons, daughters, sisters, and brother.
JOHNSTON James - Fifth AnniversaryYou parted from us so suddenly,
And we always wonder why,
But the saddest part of all was,
We didn't say goodbye.
- Sadly missed by wife Pauline, sons, daughters, sisters, and brother.
JOHNSTON James - (Sixth Anniversary, July 28, 2009) - Sadly missed by your loving wife Pauline, sons, daughters, sisters, brother and family. Will those who think of you today,
a little prayer to Jesus say.
