McGAHERN (John) (Foxfield, Leitrim) - Thursday, March 30, 2006 (peacefully), after an illness, at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin, husband of Madeline, brother of Rosaleen, Margaret, Monica and Dymphna and the late Breege and Frank. John will be missed by his family and friends. Removal from the Mater Private Hospital at 8 o'clock on Saturday morning, April 1, going to Patrick's Church, Aughawillan (via Longford, Mohill and Ballinamore) followed by Funeral Mass at 12 Noon. Donations, if desired, in lieu of flowers to the Irish Cancer Society. House private please.
