McCARTHY (née Stewart) Elsie (Churchtown, Dublin) - May 24, 2009 (peacefully), after a long illness bravely borne at St. James's Hospital. Beloved wife of Thomas and loving mother of Peter, Donal and Anne-Marie, sister of the late Annie, Terry and Frances. Deeply regretted by her family, sisters Eva and Noeleen, brother Sonny, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grand- children Aimee, Kayleigh, Rebecca, Dylan, Chloe, Melissa and Alannah, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) evening to Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral on Thursday after 11 o'clock Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium. No flowers by her request. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society.
