CANNY, Laurence (Dublin and formerly of Cork) - September 6, 2009 (peacefully), at home predeceased by his beloved wife Eileen, devoted father of Mairéad, Leo, Eileen, Eimear, Laurence and loving grandfather to his darling grandchildren, brother of the late Séan, Liam, Oliver and Pearl; deeply regretted by his loving family, brothers, Leo C.F.C. and Pat, sisters Éilís, Marian and Bernice, relatives neighbours and his many friends. R.I.P. Reposing at Lanigan's Funeral Home Beaumont Road. Removal this (Tuesday) evening to the Church of our Lady of Consolation, Donnycarney, arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Wednesday) after 10 o'clock Mass to Dardistown Cemetery."Duine uasal, uainn ach Linn."
