HILL (Cork and Birmingham, Alabama) - On April 18, 2009, peacefully in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Marymount Hospice, Wellington Road, Fr. Timothy J. (Ted) Hill, (late of the Diocese of Birmingham, Alabama, a lifetime member of Cork Golf Club) and current Chaplain to Highfield Rugby Football Club), beloved son of the late Michael and Hannah Hill, Ballinlough Road. Very deeply regretted by his loving sister Mary (Kavanagh), brothers Alex and Finbar, sisters-in-law Carmel and Angela, nephews, nieces, relatives, his Bishop, priests and people of the Diocese of Birmingham, Alabama, neighbours and his many friends at home and abroad. Reposing at Marymount Hospice Mortuary. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday, at 7.30pm) from Marymount Hospice Mortuary to the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Ballinlough. Concelebrated Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Finbarr's Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Marymount Hospice, Wellington Road, Cork.Requiescat in pace
