ENGLISH (Knocknacarra Park, Galway) - February 11, 2005 (tragically), Theresa (née Smullen) and her beloved husband Shay. Very deeply mourned and sadly missed by their heartbroken sons David, John and Andrew, Theresa's family; parents Mary and Christy, brother Anthony and sisters Marian and Sandra, Shay's family; father Jim, sisters Dorothy and Yvonne (Dublin), extended families and many friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway today (Monday) from 5 o'clock with removal at 7 o'clock to the Church of St John the Apostle, Knocknacarra. Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock tomorrow (Tuesday). Committal Service on Wednesday at Glasnevin Crematorium, Dublin at 2 o'clock Family flowers only please. Donations to the Children's Comfort Fund, Pediatric Unit, University College Hospital Galway."May they rest in peace".
