COLLINS (Patrick) (Bayside, New York and Raynestown, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath) - May 7, 2005 (tragically), following an accident, to the indescribable grief of his loving wife Lisa, his parents Declan and Ellen, sisters Siobhan, Roisin, and Eadaoin, grandmother, brother-in-law Salvatore, nephew Michael, niece Sofia, his extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, Gary and many friends. Rest in peace. Requiem Mass will be held in Batterstown Church on Thursday, May 19 at 11 o'clock followed by interment of ashes in Batterstown Cemetery. Family flowers only.
