BLAKE John MCh, FRCS (Ailesbury Road) - Died January 9, 2011. John's wife Eithne, and children Alison, Richard, Patricia, Michael and Gavin wish to express our gratitude for the wonderful support and kindness shown to us by our extended family, friends and neighbours. Our sincere thanks to all who attended the repose at our home, the requiem Mass and funeral services, and to those who sent Mass cards and wrote such comforting letters of sympathy. A special thanks to Fr. Martin Clarke and the priests of Donnybrook Parish, to Fr. Noel Barber S.J. for his wonderful support and to all the visiting priests who concelebrated the requiem Mass for John. We are greatly indebted to the staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital, The Orchard Respite Centre and to Jane Butler and her staff at Mount Tabor for their excellent care of John. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
