Deepest sympathy from Desmond

Dear Peter,

Dorothy told me the sad news of your mother's death. She was a remarkable woman! I thank the day in 1967 when I became acquainted with her. Through her I got to know you and you are a warm and wonderful person, like your mother. Thank you for her friendship. It meant a lot to me - as it did to Dorothy - at a time when her support helped us come to terms with our lives in their new configuration. May you find your way forward without her and be as adaptable as she was. May she rest in peace.

Desmond O'Rourke desmond@ finnishtrans.com
