MALLON (Rt. Rev. Monsignor Joseph L.) (Joe), Parish Priest of St. Brendan's, Harwood, Lancashire, retired Principal Army Chaplain (R.C.), son of the late John and Mary Mallon, brother of John, Colm, Anne (O'Connor), Michael, Jeanne (Wall), Carol (Moore), Tom and the late Pat, at the Bolton Royal Hospital, October 31, 2007; greatly missed by the Bishop and Priests of the Diocese of Salford, his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews, his parishioners and the many close friends, he made in his parish, the Army and wherever he served and ministered. Removal to St. Brendan's Harwood arriving at 7.30 pm, on Tuesday, November 6, 2007. Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock on Wednesday, November 7, 2007. Interment in Ireland at a later date.
