BOOTH, Pat (Shankill, Co Dublin) - On Pat's first anniversary, her husband Michael, daughters Anne, Judy and Cathy and their families remember her with love, and wish to thank so many people for their support during her final illness which was such a sad time for us all. We were overwhelmed by the numbers who attended the memorial service and contributed so generously to Pat's charities. We are especially grateful to the doctors and nurses of St Anne's Ward, St Vincent's Hospital for the wonderful care and gentle support over the last 2 years. We also want to thank the Matron and staff of Beechfield Manor Nursing Home who looked after Pat so well and were such a help to the family during her final days. A special thank you to Rev Fred Applebe and to the parishioners in Rathmichael Church who helped to make Pat's memorial service so special for us all. We are very grateful to all those who wrote such wonderful letters, too many for us to reply to individually; we hope you will accept this acknowledgement and sincere thanks, they were very much appreciated.
