JONES Tom

JONES Tom (died May 1, 2007) - On Tom's first anniversary, we his sisters, Breda, Bina, Siobhan, Maeve and Eileen miss him greatly. We thank Tom's brothers-in-law, the Conlan and Doherty nephews, niece Joni, aunts and uncles especially Siobhan and Daidie and all our cousins and wonderful friends who throughout Tom's illness and in the past year have carried and supported us. Thank you to all who attended the funeral, called to the house, phoned, sent sympathy and Mass Cards, provided food for the wake and sent donations to St. Luke's Hospital- all so much appreciated. Special thanks to Dr. Aidan Fox for his care and understanding of Tom. Thanks to Mr. Chris Pidgeon and the medical team in Beaumont Hospital and to Dr. Ossama Salib, together with the wonderful team of doctors, nurses and support staff in St. Luke's Hospital. Thank you to Declan for the thoughtful eulogy and to Rory, Neil, Eoghan and Fiona for the beautiful and sensitive music at the funeral.
