KINGHAN, David (Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow) (Died September 8, 2008) - Bella, Jonathan, Peter and Timothy wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised and shared with us in our sad loss of our dearly loved David, we greatly appreciate the kindness of our family and friends who provided tremendous support and practical help during David' s illness. Thank you to all those who attended the funeral, sent flowers, cards, Mass cards, letters of sympathy and gave donations to the Blackrock Hospice. Our special thanks to Rev. Nigel Waugh for his constant pastoral care and also to Prof. Crown and the Oncology Unit in St Vincent's Private Hospital. Thanks also to the Blackrock Hospice and the Irish Cancer Support Group, Greystones. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
