O'KEEFFE (née O'Callaghan) (Portlaoise and formerly Tullamore and Newcastle West, Co. Limerick) - October 17, 2006, after a long illness bravely borne, Joan; sadly missed by her loving husband Kieran, brother Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunt, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of very good friends. May she rest in peace. Removal from Portlaoise General Hospital this (Wednesday) evening at 7 o'clock to Ss Peter and Paul's Church, Portlaoise. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 12 Noon. Burial afterwards in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore arriving at 2 o'clock approx. House private. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Laois Hospice.
