LEWIS Derek M. (Gävle, Sweden and formerly of Auburn Road, Dun Laoghaire) - November 22, 2005, at the age of 41; to the untold grief of his loving wife Elisabeth, daughter Josephine, son Matthew, parents Maurice and Patricia, sister Valerie, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and his many friends. Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow (Saturday) at St Paul's Catholic Church, Gävle. Simultaneously, a Memorial Mass will be celebrated tomorrow (Saturday) at 11 o'clock at the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Johnstown, Killiney, Co. Dublin.'You were my everything.
