KELLY Richard (Dick) (Clontarf), Retired Assistant Commissioner of An Garda Síochána (formerly from Kilkelly, Co. Mayo) died February 27, 2008 - his wife Veronica (Ronnie) and family Sinéad (Leahy), Rory, Richie, Ciarán and Mark, his brothers, sister and extended family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and supported them. A special thanks to Fr. Michael O'Grady and Fr. Joe Kennedy (Chaplin of An Garda Síochána) for concelebrating such a memorable Mass. We wish to thank all those who attended the removal, funeral and burial and also to the many people who called to the house, telephoned, sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy. We thank especially all those who travelled long distances. Thank you to An Garda Síochána for all their assistance. Thanks to the medical teams in A&E, I.C.U., St. Michael's Ward and to the pastoral care team in the Mater Hospital for the care and medical expertise whilst Dick was ill. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
