KELLY

KELLY (née Kane) Sheila, Athlone, Dublin and Bailieboro - February 12, 2009 after a lengthy illness borne with fortitude and feistiness, loving wife of the late Capt. James Kelly (Jim); she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends, including her children Suzanne (John Keane), Jacqueline (Charles Foster), Sylvia (Cohn Richards), Peter (Katie Dean), Justin (Carolyn Hebner) and Sheila (Tom Sheridan) and all her twelve grandchildren, soon to be thirteen, Monique, Patrick, Ashling, Joe, Kate, Alex, Cait, Johanna, Jessie, Ruth, James and Isabel, her sister and brothers, Eithne (Bill Doyle), Micheál (Anna Kane) and Dermot (Mary Kane) and all Jim's brothers and sisters, their spouses and families. Heart-felt thanks to Dr. John McCaffrey and his team at the Mater Oncology Unit and to Dr. Mark McCormick of St. Paul's, Garden Vale and all the wonderful staff at Sonas, Athlone. Prayers will be held in St Mary of the Angels Capuchin Friary, Church Street, Dublin 7 tomorrow (Sunday) at 5 o'clock Requiem Mass will be held on Monday at 11 o'clock, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
