A holy man of mang'u indeed.

I have known the late Rev. Fr. James Meade since 1968 while aged ten years old at Mang'u Catholic Mission, Kenya. He remained at the mission until he reluctantly retired back to his birth home in Ireland due to ill health. He however always considered himself a Mang'uan. All Christians associated with the Holy Ghost missions in Kenya and especially from Mang'u Catholic Church still regard the late Fr. Meade with ultimate respects. In our view this extremely kind and holy man, perpetually kind to everyone he met will be received in heaven with open hands, an honour he doubtlessly deserves for the kind work he did hrre on earth. May his soul Rest in Eternal Peace. Amen! Chris. Githiora, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Mang'u.
