FAGAN, Seán (John) (Clondalkin) (First Anniversary, August 21, 2008) - Seán's wife Joan, daughter Helen, sons John, Stephen, David and extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their sad bereavement - those who supported them both during Seán's illness and at the time of his death. To Dr Eamon Geraghty, the doctors and all the caring staff at Tallaght Hospital. Special thanks to all the wonderful priests in Clondalkin Parish and to Fr Dave Lumsden, who celebrated the funeral Mass. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all concerned as a token of our deep appreciation and gratitude. Mass will be offered for all your intentions. First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, August 24 at 5.30 o'clock in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin.
