FALLON (Dr. Martin) (late of Elphin Street, Boyle, Co. Roscommon) - Martin's wife Mary and family wish to thank all those who sympathised and supported them in their sad loss. Your words of comfort, many acts of kindness and practical help will be forever remembered. To all who called to our home, attended Martin's removal and funeral, especially those who travelled long distances, sent cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes, we extend a sincere thank you. A special word of thanks to Dr. McHugh and the staff of Roscommon Hospital; Dr. Loftus, Dr. Kamal, Matron and staff of the Plunkett Home, Boyle; Canon G. Hanley, Fr. D. Gormley, Boyle and Fr. B. Conlon, Cootehall and Fr McGauran, Ballinameen. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. The Month's Mind Mass for the repose of Martin's soul will be celebrated on Saturday, May 19 in St. Joseph's Church, Boyle at 10 a.m. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
