ALEXANDER - The wife and family of the late Mr Henry (Harry) Alexander of Evergreen Farm, Knockenree, Avoca, Co. Wicklow, would like to express their sincere thanks to those who have prayed, visited and supported Harry in recent years. Special thanks to Canon Roland Heaney, Canon George Butler, Canon Frederick C. Appelbe and Angela Winterbotham for their pastoral support. We thank Fr Eamonn Crossan, Parish Priest of Avoca who visited Harry. We are very grateful to Dr Anthony Bentley, Dr Leonie Devereux, Una and Maura and all those at the Bradshaw Lane Surgery and the staff of Avoca Health Centre and John Quinn from Avoca Pharmacy for all their help. Also many thanks to Joan Woolmington, Rector's Churchwarden, Phyllis Mates, People's Churchwarden of St Bartholomew's Church, to the other ladies of St Bartholomew's Church, Conary and Joan D'Arcy and her team from St Kevin's Church, Dunganstown, for all the food provided for Harry's reposing two days in St Bartholomew's Church and to Janet Kirwan, Rector's Churchwarden of Holy Trinity Church, Castlemacadam and the Reverend Nigel Waugh and Peter Byrne Funeral Directors of Aughrim. We would also like to thank the members of Wicklow Macra na Feirme. To anyone we have failed to mention by name we offer our sincere thanks and appreciation.
