LEE (Sarah) (Sadie) (née Beare) (Greystones, Co. Wicklow) (Died May 14, 2006) - On this, the First Anniversary, Sarah's husband Frank wishes to thank everyone for the kindness, love and support shown before, during and since her death and all who attended the Service of Thanksgiving, sent Mass Cards, floral tributes, letters of sympathy and donations. Special thanks to Archdeacon Edgar Swann for his unstinting pastoral care over the years, culminating in his wonderful tribute to Sarah at her funeral Service. Frank will always be grateful to Prof. John Crown, his team and all the staff in Oncology Daycare and on the 4th floor at St. Vincent's Private Hospital and to the Greystones Medical Centre. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of sincere appreciation.
