O'KEEFFE (Meadowvale, Limerick and formally of Kiskeam, Co. Cork) - March 28, 2009 (suddenly), in Lanzarote John Brendan (Jack), dearly loved husband of Clare and the late Chris and dear father of Bill, Joe, Brendan and Mary; sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sisters Siobhan, and Sr. Canice, daughters-in-law Joan, Avril and Anne, grandsons Stephen and J.B, granddaughter Fiona, and a wide circle of cherished friends. Lying in repose at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road, Cork of Jerh O'Connor Ltd. on Sunday from 3.30 o'clock followed by removal at 5.30 o'clock to Church of the Sacred Heart, Kiskeam to arrive at 7.30 o'clock approx via Newmarket.
