SMYTH (Leslie Vincent) - June 24, 2005. "In loving memory of my dear Leslie Vincent Smyth of Dublin Ireland. Leslie loved to make people laugh and tried to make everybody happy. He lived in many countries and lives in many hearts. He loved music politics and reading. He loved water skiing, sports and the sea. He also had a black belt in Tae Kwando. He restored cars with Active Auto. He loved people and those who knew him loved him. He loved all animals and saved so many. We are lucky to have known him. He was my life and my soul. He wanted peace in the world, now he is at peace. His final resting place will be in Ireland by the sea. Please pray for us and keep him in your hearts." He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Sylvia Geralyn Smyth, his brothers Gregory Smyth and his wife Leigh of Ireland, and Rowland Smyth and his wife Olive of Australia, his nephews Greg of Ireland and Glen and wife Linda and Ayla of Australia, great nieces Estelle and Raphael, both of Ireland; cousins Ken Ging, Gene Savage, Derek Ging and June Gutkin; in-laws Mrs Margaret Butler, Mr and Mrs Alexander Butler and family, Mr and Mrs Brian Butler and family, Mr and Mrs Nicholas Butler and family, and Mr and Mrs Dan McAllister and family, all of Ireland; wonderful friends he was so lucky to have, too many to mention; he is also survived by his special adopted friend Maria Del Ramos of Children International, whose life he tried to make better. Memorial Mass today (Tuesday, July 26) at 10 o'clock in St Peter's Church, Little Bray.
