OZMIN, Michal Jan (Shankill, Dublin and Saska Kempa, Warsaw) passed away (peacefully) January 23, 2011, in Warsaw Poland and who was buried at the family tomb in the Powazki cemetery in Warsaw, Poland on January 27, 2011, amongst his close family and friends. Dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth and father to Janek, Patrick, Adam, Kasia, grandson Leon (Ozmin) and daughter Hania Ozmin-Ostrowska, son-in-law Rory, daughter-in-law Deborah, family partners Aislinn and Agnieszka, friends and relatives. The family wish to thank all staff at St Luke's Hospital, Dublin and staff at the Providence Hospice, Wolomin for their unique care and attention. Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Jaroslaw Maszkiewicz in the family home in Shankill on Saturday February 12, 2011 at 5 p.m.
