FITZGIBBON (Edward Martin) (Booterstown) (First Anniversary) - It has been a lonely year without Ed and Maria, James, Stephanie and Philip wish to thank all our friends and family, Ed's friends and colleagues in an Post, who in so many different ways consoled us on our sad loss. We are very grateful to Dr Pat Coghlan for his sound advice and kindness to Ed over the years. We wish to acknowledge the care given to Ed at Merlin Park University Hospital by Dr Sean O'Keeffe and all the nursing and clinical staff. Thank you to all the super staff at Coral Haven Nursing Home in Galway. Monsignor Seamus and Fr Noel, we thank you both for such a personal and moving funeral Service. Maria greatly appreciates all those whose friendship over the years to both Ed and Evelyn was a great source of happiness to them. Ed was a true gentleman and his spirit is very much alive.
