DOYLE Richard (Dick) (Myshall, Co. Carlow and Ballsbridge, Dublin 4) - On the first anniversary of Richard's death, on February 4, 2007, his wife Nuala and family very much appreciate all the comfort and support received during Dick's illness, death and in the year since. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at the Day Oncology Clinic, St. Luke's, Kilkenny.
