O'SULLIVAN (Fr. Laurence), (Saggart, Co. Dublin) died September 23, 2007 - On this, the first anniversary of Fr. Laurence's passing, his family wishes to thank all those who sympathised and supported them on their sad loss. We want to express our deep gratitude to all the parishioners and to the many who attended the funeral Mass and sent sympathy cards, letters and donations to Our Lady's Hospice. A special word of thanks to His Grace, Archbishop Dr. Diarmuid Martin, Bishop Eamon Walsh, Fr. CiarĂ¡n O'Carroll, Fr. Michael Shortall, Fr. Aiden Lehane, Fr. Paddy Batelle, Canon Bernard Brady and Fr. Maurice O'Moore for their participation at Mass and at the Vigil Celebrations. We also wish to express our sincere thanks to the St. Mary's Choir for its spiritual celebration of Fr. Laurence's life. We very much appreciated the wonderful care and support which he received from the staff and doctors in both St. James' Hospital and Our Lady's Hospice and from all his parishioners during his illness. We were most grateful for the thoughtful contributions by St. Mary's G.A.A. Club and City West Hotel. Our thanks also to Hughes & Son, Undertakers for their help and understanding. Fr. Laurence's Anniversary Mass will be celebrated at the 11 a.m. Mass at St. Mary's Church, Saggart on Sunday 21st September.
