KILGALLEN-O'CONNELL (Helen) (Coolock, Dublin 5) (Died February 17, 2005) - Her husband Dan, sister Mary, brothers Tom and Cecil, brother-in-law Pat, sisters-in-law Rae and Mary wish to thank most sincerely the many friends and patients of Helen who attended the removal, her funeral Mass and who sent Mass Cards and letters of sympathy. Our best thanks to Aiden and Brenda for their help and support. A special word of thanks to the doctors who attended Helen and the Sisters, nurses and staff in the I.C.U. at Beaumont Hospital for their care of Helen and the kindness and support they extended to Dan, Mary, Tom and Cecil. As it would be impossible to thank each one individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our thanks for your kindness and support. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
