McAULIFFE (Rathcoole, Co. Dublin) (V. Rev Father) (Died August 21, 2006) - Sr M. Cecilia, Gerald, Tom and the McAuliffe family wish to thank all those who supported them by their prayers and attendance at the funeral of their beloved brother Fr Patrick, R.I.P., in Rathcoole and Charleville. We thank especially Geraldine Joy and staff at Lisheen Nursing Home, Rathcoole for their loving devoted care of Fr Patrick during his long painful illness. We are grateful to the priests, teachers and parishioners of Rathcoole, Saggart and Brittas for their great support to Fr Patrick. We appreciate the love and loyalty of Fr Patrick's music pupils. We thank the Sisters of Mercy, Mallow for their constant kindness to Fr Patrick and the McAuliffe family. Thank you also to Cardinal Connell, Archbishop Martin, Bishop Donal Murray, especially Bishop Eamonn Walsh. We are grateful to Fr Ciaran O'Carroll P.P., Fr Liam Belton P.P., Monsignor Richard Sherry, Fr. Michael Loftus P.P., Canon Walter Harris, Monsignor Dan O'Connor and Fr Colm O'Siochru C.C., for their friendship to Fr Patrick. We thank Cardinal Cotter P.P., Charleville, Fr Brendan Mallon C.C., Mallow, the priests of the Archdiocese of Dublin and the Diocese of Cloyne and all who have been kind to us during our bereavement. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions."May Fr Patrick rest
in the peace of Christ".
