CAMPION - The family of the late Patrick Campion, Tubrid Castle, Barna, Co. Kilkenny wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us following the death of our beloved brother. Sincere thanks to all our relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues who attended the rosary, Patrick's removal, his requiem Mass and burial. Many thanks to Canon Lar Dunphy who officiated at the Requiem Mass and all the priests who attended and concelebrated Mass. Our thanks to Dr Jerry Beckett (Freshford), the doctors, nurses and staff of St Luke's Hospital Kilkenny, Dr John McCaffrey and his team along with the nurses and staff at the Mater Private Hospital (St Benedict's Ward), all of whom showed great kindness to Patrick and all the family during his time at both hospitals. We are very grateful for your gentleness and consideration. A special word of thanks to Patrick's many golfing, hurling and racing friends, especially those from Callan Golf Club and Emeralds Hurling Club who formed Guards of Honour. Thanks to the organist and choir, the server, the sacristan and the car parking attendant whose help was greatly appreciated. Thanks to our kind friends who helped with catering. A word of gratitude to those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, floral tributes, those who telephoned and travelled long distances to show their appreciation of a much loved friend and brother. We greatly appreciate the kindness and attention of Michael Doyle, Undertaker, at the time of Patrick's death. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. Patrick's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated at St Patrick's Church, Graine on August 18 at 7.30 o'clockockMay he rest in peace.
