SMYTH (Monaloe Avenue, Blackrock and late of Galway City and Elm Park Golf Club) - October 18, 2008, peacefully, at his home, Patrick Joseph, beloved husband of the late Ethna; very sadly missed by his loving daughter Mary, sons Noel, John and Mike, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brother Tommy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, his carers and many friends. R.I.P. Removal private. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, at 10 o'clock followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations if desired to Blackrock Hospice.
