CHADWICK, Dr Patricia (née Coulter) R.I.P. (Derry) - August 5, 2009, peacefully, at Nazareth House, beloved wife of the late Terence, late of Culmore, Derry, dear sister of the late Margaret (Peggy) and Mgr. Jim Coulter. Her remains will be removed from Nazareth House, Bishop Street, Derry, tomorrow (Friday) at 9.15 a.m. for 10 o'clock Requiem Mass in Church of the Assumption, Thornhill. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Deeply regretted by her family and friends. "St Pio, intercede for her".
