CUSACK (Dublin and late of Navan Road) - March 28, 2006, (peacefully), at the Tara Winthrop Nursing Home, Swords, Thomas (Tommy), dearly beloved husband of Evelyn; very sadly missed by his loving family, wife, daughters Carolyn and Helen, sons Gerald, David, Brian and Gary, grandchildren Darran, Jonathan, Shaunna, Thomas, Nicholas and Jason, brothers Josie, Mick and Con, sisters Alice and Bridgie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends. May he rest peace. Reposing at Massey Brothers Funeral Home, 88A New Cabra Road. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) from the funeral home to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Navan Road, arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral on Friday after 10 o'clock Mass to Dardistown Cemetery.
