BURKE, Rev. Fr. Martin E. Burke, P.E. (Clara, Co. Offaly) - The sisters of the late Fr. Martin wish to express their thanks to all who sympathised with them in their bereavement, to those who supported him in his final days, to his fellow priests and the Bishop of Meath Most Rev. Dr. Michael Smith and all who contributed towards making the Funeral Liturgy such a moving occasion, to all who attended the funeral ceremonies in Clara and Horseleap including An Taoiseach Brian Cowen T.D., to the many who travelled from Fr. Martin's former parishes to pay their final respects. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for their intentions.
