EVANS Thomas V. (Glenbeigh and Carrigaline) - died October 31, 2010. Tom's Wife Mary, daughters Suzanne and Melanie, Sisters and relatives wish to thank most sincerely all those who offered support and sympathy during our recent sad loss. We are most grateful to all who called to our home and telephoned, to all who sent letters of sympathy and Mass cards and to those who donated to the Irish Kidney Association. Sincere thanks to the Clergy and to all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial, many of whom travelled long distances. A special thank you to Tom's carer Mr R. Bond and to the nurses, staff and doctors at the Dialysis Unit at Cork University Hospital who cared for Tom so well. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude for your support.
